that both the franchisor and potential franchisee make informed decisions.
Here’s a step-by-step overview of the franchise journey:
The journey begins when a prospective franchisee reaches out to Decora Studio, expressing interest in the franchise opportunity. This is usually followed by an initial call where basic information about the franchise is shared, and the franchisor gauges the interest and suitability of the prospective franchisee
Potential franchisees may undergo a preliminary assessment. This could include discussing their background, financial capability, business acumen, and reasons for their interest in the franchise.
Interested candidates are then presented with the Franchise Disclosure Document. This document contains detailed information about the franchise, including fees, obligations, support provided, financial performance representations, and legal agreements.
After reviewing the FDD, potential franchisees usually have a series of discussions with the franchisor to clarify any doubts, understand the business model in depth, and discuss the terms of the franchise agreement.
